Principal

Pedram has lived in the bay area for the past 24 years. He has thorough knowledge of Oakland and Berkeley rent and eviction control laws. He is a previous board member of RHANAC (Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County) and a current member. He is a UC Berkeley graduate and also holds an MBA degree from Golden Gate University with an emphasis in management and finance. Pedram is known for his “Elite” management approach to owners’ and residents’ needs alike. Nooshin is responsible for keeping the books, accounting for all the rents collected and the expenses incurred. He would provide monthly Profit & Loss statements to property owners and quarterly record of all the detailed income and expense figures.
