Bay’s Elite Management Group was born as a family-owned business with a special focus in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, eventually tapping into the city of San Francisco. Pedram Karbassi is the principal and broker of Bay’s Elite Management Group whose management career began in 2000 as a small owner/operator of several apartment properties that he acquired, rehabbed and rented out. He eventually expanded his operation to include management of properties owned by the apartment investment community in Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Richmond and Concord.
